Steven J. Dickinson

Steve Dickinson is an international business lawyer with more than 30 years’ experience representing U.S. companies around the world and international companies in the United States. He is Vice-Chair of the Transatlantic Practice at Clark Hill, an international law firm with offices in the U.S., Ireland, and Mexico.

Over the course of Steve’s career, he has advised clients on buying and selling businesses, joint ventures, commercial agreements, market entry strategies, entity formation, and regulatory compliance — both in the U.S. and in markets around the world. He has completed transactions in North and South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Steve is deeply engaged in Minnesota’s international business ecosystem. In addition to his work with MAU, he serves on the board of Global Minnesota, is a member of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minnesota District Export Council, appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce, and frequently mentors and advises companies pursuing global growth.
