Advisory Board: As a statewide umbrella organization that is focused on the wellbeing of the immigrant community, MAU has an established an advisory board that includes members of the African immigrant community. Our advisory board serve in the vision, mission and decision making for MAU and it is broken down into committees. The board broadly represent community interests chosen from different sovereign African nations represented in Minnesota. There is also a provision for three additional board members who are non-African immigrants.

In addition to the Board, there is a general assembly that includes our members from whom the Board members come.
